With a ridiculous library of cookbooks, a very picky palate, and a childhood spent in her family restaurant kitchen, food has always been close to Bonnie’s heart. She has cooked all her life, including cheffing in the French Alps.

Bonnie Brulee is an extension of Bonnie’s obsession with food; she talks about, tastes and writes about food, all day long, to help to grow a wide variety of food businesses through strategy, creative design, PR and sales management. She combines her unusual mix of experiences of working in the City, with her background in cooking professionally, to offer a truly unique service to her clients.

Her focus with clients is strategy and sales management.

Bonnie’s favourite dish is a roast Unagi on a bed of soy-drizzled steamed rice. Bonnie lives in Shoreditch, a skip, hop and a jump from her office.

Grace is the whizzkid that solves all our problems. Her background in medicine means that she can also diagnose any in-house ailments quicker than she can put together a spreadsheet.

Grace is a thrifty cook in her spare time, making the most of more  ‘interesting’ cuts of meat to create delicious slow-cooked delights. She lives in leafy Hampstead with her boyfriend.

Account Manager/Scottish Del-Girl Foodie

Growing up in the heartland of the Scottish malt whisky industry, Carol’s food interests don’t stop at haggis, oatcakes and shortbread, she has a passion for all things food.  Carol drives the revenue aspects of our clients’ businesses to get their product into their dream stores and oversees all our accounts.

Her favourite dish is lamb tagine with chickpeas, cous cous, apricots and mint . She has recently moved down from Aberdeen and now lives in Clapham.
